Cancellation notification sent 7 or more days before the start date: 10% of the booking amount will be withheld.
Cancellation notification sent 3-6 days before the start date: 25% of the booking amount will be withheld.
Cancellation notification sent 2 days before the start date: 50% of the booking amount will be withheld.
Cancellation notification sent 0-1 days before the start date: 100% of the booking amount will be withheld.

Cancellation Policy: Subscription and Leasing
The security deposit will be refunded fully at any stage of cancellation.
Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Service Commencement, No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Service Commencement A cancellation charge equivalent to 15 days of the agreed rental amount will be withheld. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Bookings cancelled due to verification failure (e.g., breach of policies, terms, and conditions) will be treated as no-shows. The refundable deposit amount will be returned accordingly.
All prepaid registrations will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee. For any bookings where the prepaid amount is less than the minimum cancellation fee, there will be no refund due regardless of when the cancellation request was made.
EVM Wheels reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any rental contract without assigning any reason.
Note: Service Commencement is defined as the scheduled date and time of vehicle handover.
