Can I create a booking with EVM Wheels if I have an International DL?

Yes, customers holding an international driving license are eligible to make a booking with EVM Wheels. However, additional documentation will be required at the time of vehicle delivery. Foreign nationals must present the following original documents for verification:
• A valid International Driving Permit (IDP)
• A valid driving license from their home country
• A Passport
Please ensure all documents are available in their original form at the time of handover. Failure to produce the original documents may result in the booking cancellation with applicable cancellation charges.

Do you provide a chauffeur with the vehicle?

Yes, we have a provision for chauffeur services on our website. Upon availing this option, we'll provide a chauffeur to assist you during your drive.

If I opt for chauffeur service, what would be the accident/repair liability?

If you choose our chauffeur service, the accident and repair liability would rest with us. You can enjoy a peaceful and fun trip while we take care of the drive.

Do chauffeur charges include food and accommodation for the chauffeur?

No, the chauffeur charges do not include food and accommodation, which would be left to the customer's courtesy.

Do you provide a spot service, and can I get a spot booking service at my location?

Yes, we offer spot booking services. You can book a vehicle through our website/app and get delivery within 30 minutes from the nearest hub. However, this service is limited to specific hubs, and we regret that location delivery under this service is not available outside of these hubs.

What is subscription, and how can I subscribe to a vehicle?

We offer vehicle subscription services for those who need a vehicle on a monthly basis. The subscription period ranges from 2 months to 12 months. With attractive rates and flexible monthly payment options, our subscription service provides a convenient and cost-effective solution for your vehicle needs.

Are pets or commercial goods allowed in the vehicles?

Sorry, pets, chemicals, construction materials, or any type of commercial goods are not allowed in our vehicles. Only passengers and their personal luggage are permitted.

What is carpool?

Our carpool service is available through the carpool tab on our platform. It offers special discounts on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for 5-day bookings. The rates are attractive, making it a cost-effective mobility solution, especially when shared among 4 colleagues.

Do I have the option to opt for fuel?

Yes, you may choose to add fuel in multiples of Rs. 500 in the add-on section. We'll provide you with the same.

How do I make a booking?

What if I need to modify or cancel my booking?

You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation/modification policies may apply.

What happens if I return the car/bike late?

Late returns may incur additional fees. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.

If I return the car/bike before the scheduled end time of my booking, do I get any refunds?

Refunds for early returns may be applicable as a cash back to your wallet. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.

What all is included in my booking?

Your booking includes vehicle rental, maintenance, support, and other optional services.

Is fuel included in my booking?

No, fuel is not included in your booking. You will need to refuel the vehicle as needed. (To finalize the chauffeur service fuel policy)

Can I club two discount vouchers?

No, Vouchers may not be combinable.

Do I get any reimbursement for the fuel I fill in my EVM Wheels car?

No, fuel costs are not reimbursable.

What happens after I complete my booking payment?

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via both email and SMS. To ensure timely delivery confirmation, please upload all required valid documents to your profile. Prior to the commencement of your booking, you will also receive a message containing the assigned fleet executive's name and contact details.

How can I track my live booking status?

You can view the live status of your booking on the app/website, track the assigned fleet executive, and even send delivery instructions.

What modes of payment are accepted?

Except cash, we accept various payment modes, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and digital wallets.

Who pays for parking and tolls/interstate entry taxes?

The customer is responsible for paying parking fees, tolls, and interstate entry taxes.

Do I need to pay the fines incurred during my booking, due to parking/traffic violations?

Yes, the customer is responsible for fines incurred during your booking.

When can I expect my refund?

The refund processing time depends on the payment method used. For certain payment modes, refunds are processed instantly, while others may take up to seven working days. Please note that the refund process will be initiated only after the trip is completed and the final invoice has been generated.

What documents are required for the delivery or pick-up of my EVM Wheels vehicle?

At the time of delivery or pick-up, customers must present the following original documents for verification:
• A valid driving license held for a minimum of two (02) years from the date of issue
• A government-issued photo ID such as Aadhar card or Passport (PAN Card is not acceptable)
• Any additional documents as specified during the booking process.
Please ensure all documents are available in their original form at the time of handover. Failure to produce the original documents may result in the cancellation of the booking with applicable cancellation charges.

What do I do if the vehicle breaks down or if I meet with an accident?

In case of a breakdown or accident, please contact our customer support team immediately or report the incident. We'll assist you with roadside assistance, towing, or other necessary arrangements.

How do I close my booking?

You can close your booking by returning the vehicle to the designated location at the agreed-upon time.

Who can I contact in case of issues or escalations?

You can contact the fleet executive and fleet manager for assistance. Their details will be provided in the delivery/booking confirmation email. For escalations to management, you may shoot an email to support@evmwheels.com. You can also contact our customer support cell, details displayed on the website.

What are the requirements for driving across state borders, and are there any associated charges?

All EVM Wheels vehicles are equipped with an All India Tourist Permit (AITP), which typically exempts customers from state border taxes. However, certain states may levy an entry fee at specific checkpoints. If applicable, these charges must be paid directly by the customer at the point of entry.

What if I leave something in an EVM Wheels vehicle?

EVM Wheels is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the vehicle. We advise all customers to thoroughly check the car before handing it over to our executive. However, if any item is found by our team, it will be safely kept at our office. Please contact our customer support team to report and claim the lost item.
